1. Scope

These terms apply to all dealings between the operator and users of this site.

2. What this service is

This site is an information service that lets you search healthcare facilities, dental clinics and pharmacies in Japan that are open outside normal weekday hours, based on open data published by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. We do not provide medical care, take bookings, or refer or introduce patients to facilities.

3. Nature of the information

• Listings mirror what each facility reports to its prefecture and the Ministry publishes. We do not independently verify them.
• The source data updates twice a year. Temporary closures, changes in operating hours, relocations and closures are not reflected. Always contact the facility before visiting.
• Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Anything unlawful or contrary to public order and morals
• Placing excessive load on our servers or network
• Using the listings to solicit or market to healthcare facilities
• Redistributing the listings in an altered form that misrepresents the facts
• Anything else the operator judges inappropriate

5. Changes, suspension and termination

The operator may change, suspend or discontinue this site without prior notice, and accepts no liability for loss arising from doing so.

6. Limitation of liability

The operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of this site. See the Disclaimer for details.

7. Copyright

Facility information derives from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare open data under the Public Data License 1.0. The articles, aggregated figures, tables and the software behind this site are the operator's copyright. You may quote them within the scope permitted by copyright law, provided you cite this site by name and link to the page concerned.

8. External links

This site links to external sites, including facility websites and map services. The operator is not responsible for their content or operation.

9. Changes to these terms

The operator may change these terms without notice. Changes take effect when published on this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Japan. Any dispute concerning this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the operator's address, as court of first instance.
