For healthcare facilities requesting a correction
Our listings mirror the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare open data. Most errors originate there rather than with us.
The source data is what each facility reports to its prefecture. A permanent fix means updating that report; our site picks the change up automatically at the next data refresh, twice a year.
If you need the listing corrected or removed before then, please include:
- Facility name and address
- The URL of the page in question
- What should be corrected or removed
- A contact address so we can confirm the request
