Privacy policy

Open Now Japan respects your privacy and complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable law. This policy sets out how information is handled on this site.

1. What we do not collect

This site has no accounts and never asks for your name, address or symptoms. Filtering happens entirely in your browser; the conditions you select and the facilities you view are not sent to our servers. We serve static files only.

These cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. They contain no personally identifying information such as your name or telephone number.

4. Share buttons

The X, Facebook and LINE share buttons on each page are ordinary links. They do not load any official SDK or tracking script. Unless you press one and travel to that service, your visit is not reported to it.

You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings. Searching and browsing this site continue to work if you do.

6. Server logs

As with any web server, access time, IP address, referrer and browser type may be recorded in logs. These are used only for fault diagnosis and detecting unauthorised access, never to identify individuals.

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Information you send us

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the content of your message, and use them only to reply. We delete them once the exchange is complete.
